Leanne and Aaron were on point from the start. They made sure I fully understood the process from beginning to end. Consistent and quick communication! I was able to close in under 30 days based on the buyer's request and Leanne and Aaron made sure to expedite any step on our end to make and close the deal. They provided me with multiple options any time a decision needed to be made I was fully educated to make the best decision for me! They are a great team to work with!

Leanne has assisted in any aspect, and with every question that I had through the process. She is easy to work with, is intuitive, has insight, and brings up different aspects that were not even thought of by myself. She was always helpful, and accommodating as much as humanly possible to our collective scheduling and showings. She is very professional, and punctual. I really think she made my home by an experience as easy and seamless as possible, although it took a very long time to find the right house, almost like finding a needle on a haystack with some of the properties that are out there. Our experience working with Leanne was great. She had a thorough knowledge of the local real state market. She knew when a house was over priced, under priced, or priced properly. Leanne did not only have an understanding for the housing market, but she also understood our needs. This made the house hunting process not as stressing as we looked only at properties that really met our needs and matched what we wanted. Her negotiation skills were top notch as she helped us acquire our current property at a good price, helping us negotiate a fair deal. Leanne was also very responsive and quick to respond to any sort of communiccation. I would recommend her to any person to is looking to buy a residential property in the Michiana area.

Leanne really knows her business, very professional and friendly. If I sought out her time and advice, she was always willing to help. I was getting frustrated and upset with the process of purchasing a home, but she was there to talk me off the ledge (so to speak). Leanne and I first started working to find my for everhome right around March ,2025 Leanne inform me of what would be reqired of me before most realtors are even willing to show a house listing, (preapproved). The second house on day one of searching, we make an offer, and a week later we had all the negotiation work out. Unbelieveable right ... ?? Than we had a set back with one one the home inspection that came back needed work. This set- back took roughly 2 months to complete,. During that time Leanne would call or text to keep me inform of where things were with the repair, and what to expect moving forward. Sometimethere was not a whole lot to report with the progress , however Leannne let me know that also. Working with Leanne from the begin of purchasing the home, to the closing, I felt that she keeped me in the loop, when there was a loop....but at all times. Aaron and Leanne were referred to me by my Buyer's agent in Arizona, through their Realtor network. The differentiating highlights of my experience with Aaron and Leanne were: Communication was always prompt, direct, and detailed. The recommended listing price and comps were market accurate, enabling an appraisal waiver and quick sale (13 days). Negotiation strategy on price/inspections/credits was productive for both myself and the Buyer (i.e., not combative). Marketing strategy was highly effective, including professional photos, video walk-through, social media blitzes, etc. The overall interpersonal interaction was very pleasant, friendly, while maintaining a high level of professionalism. I can't think of anything Aaron or Leanne could/should have done differently...my experience as a Seller was flawless!
